SLIDER STATION & CHIPS

Minimum of 25 people required with at least 3 other hors d’oeuvres or a buffet accompanying.
Station chef is is additional charge/per hour, after 1 hour of carving service.

Roasted Turkey Breast, Roasted Pork Loin, or Slow Roasted Prime Rib

All are served with slider buns, dijon mustard, horseradish, and appropriate au jus.

Fresh Parmesan Potato Chips or House Made Corn Tortilla Chips

With chive, sour cream, and aioli or house made salsa

Continental Breakfast

Assorted pastries, fresh fruit salad, coffee, iced tea, soft drinks, milk, and assorted fruit juices

Backyard Grille

Grilled steakburgers, beer brats, and butterflied chicken breast sandwiches w/ fresh potato chips, coleslaw, potato salad, and fresh fruit salad

The Southern Grille

Potato salad, coleslaw, fresh fruit salad, buttermilk fried chicken, BBQ St. Louis pork ribs, baked beans, buttery sweet corn, and honey cornbread

The Italian Grille

Pick 2 of the 4 salad options: antipasto, tortellini, tomato and red onion, or Caesar
Meat or veggie lasagna, cavatappi carbonara, mushroom ravioli with alfredo sauce and spicy marinara, grilled chicken with sundried tomato sauce, and garlic breadsticks

Classic Grille

Mixed green salad, tomato and cucumber salad, fresh fruit salad, herb roasted chicken, carved prime rib with au jus and horseradish sauce, shrimp satays with garlic butter and lemon, haricot verts, bistro potatoes, and fresh baked rolls

The Executive Grille

Mixed green salad with blue cheese and walnuts, fresh fruit salad, carved prime rib with au jus and horseradish sauce, roasted lemon dill salmon, herb roasted chicken, bistro potatoes, haricot verts, and fresh baked rolls

Add an assorted pie table to any buffet. Add unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.
